Are the designs featured on the homepage the only flowers that you provide?

Not by a long way... These signature designs are just a sample of what we do where you can have fun with their composition and their colour making them YOUR design to purchase or share with that special someone (sent any virtual arrangements yet?) We are available for that special occasion, corporate event, or saying goodbye to a loved one...please contact 0845 5191838 or email info@floralidentity.co.uk for a friendly chat or to arrange a consultative appointment (we’ll come to you, obviously where possible, we could be busy you know!)

Can I order a seasonal arrangement?

Yes you can! As you can imagine, getting our floral designs to a stage where you can make them yours on our site takes time which makes it challenging to keep up with the ever changing seasons and the beautiful flowers that this provides. We can incorporate any seasonal flowers that YOU desire into your favourite design, again just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll be more than happy to make them YOURS.

What if my favourite flower is not available as a swap out?

Our pledge to you is that our site will continually evolve to ensure that you have the greatest choice and the most fun. Please keep watching for more designs, more flowers and more ways to make these designs YOURS. In the meantime, as before, please don’t hesitate to contact us to make sure you get exactly what you want.

What if I don’t live within the delivery postcodes, can I still order.

Nation wide delivery is coming! As we currently deliver by hand we have to apply certain restrictions (we’re only human after all!). Again, as we want everyone to be able to experience and enjoy Floral Identity if your requirements fall outside our delivery scope then please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you
