Questions, questions I know, but it is within these questions that the concept of Floral Identity, the online florist, was born.

Sending flowers is simply an expression of thought, a physical display that you’re thinking of someone and want them to know it. It evokes emotions and speaks of a relationship which is where our commitment to you begins.

Our focus is building a lasting relationship with our customers, through the experiences of using our website, the quality of the end products (that YOU design) and everything in between.

If it’s all about you, it’s also all about choice. You can purchase what you see; every effort has been made to provide distinctive designs that will constantly evolve and change with the season. You will notice that we don’t offer the amount of selection as others (but I’m talking about choice right?)What we do offer is Flowers by you, the opportunity to manipulate these designs into your creation, changing flowers and colours providing endless possibilities and endless prices to suit everyone……now you see what was we were saying about choice?

With over 25 years of experience working within award winning retail/customer service industries, we have experienced what ‘real’ customer service is all about, and this is what we will deliver to our customers.
