Whether you’ve sent a virtual arrangement and now desire the ‘real thing’ or have gone straight for a purchase you want to know how and when your can receive them right?

Every effort has been made to ensure that our delivery structure is aligned to our commitment to customer service, managing your expectations and never making a promise that cannot be kept.

  • All our arrangements are delivered by hand – please feel free to make any comments or ask any questions that you may have of our delivery people (they’re pretty knowledgeable you know!)
  • Next day delivery is available for online orders placed by 11.00pm.
  • The cost bit, well maybe, maybe not? Spend over £60.00 and receive free delivery, all other deliveries have a just £5.00 fixed delivery cost.
  • We deliver 7 days a week – Saturday/Sunday subject to availability (Does anyone else provide this with no extra charge?)
  • All arrangements to be delivered between 8.00am – 7.00pm – if you require a specific delivery time please indicate in notes field.
  • Same Day delivery - We purchase flowers on a daily basis to ensure their freshness and quality, so the flowers you receive are never more than 48 hours old. Their care (they need food and drink just like us you know) is to be considered when ordering same day delivery. – Please contact us for availability email on info@floralidentity.co.uk or give Sarah a call on 0845 5191838.
  • We currently deliver to the following postcodes: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4,BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS13, BS14, BS15, BS16, BS20, BS21, BS30, BS31, BS32, BS34, BS35, BS36, BS37, BS39, BS40, BS41, BS48, BS49, BA1, BA2, BA3, BA15
  • Please use the notes field to provide any specific delivery requests i.e. leave with neighbour etc

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that we deliver what we promise, on occasion some flowers may be unavailable, and therefore we will advise of this, and recommend a suitably stunning alternative. Where a specific delivery times is required we will endeavour to do everything possible to meet your request (we are only human after all).
